This policy describes the Never Have I Ever Android free edition, version 3.4.0, published by INI, LLC. It is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal data through the app. It does not describe the separate website or other app editions.
Information we collect
The current free version does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. Player names and avatar choices entered during a game are used only on the device for that play session. They are not sent to us or to third parties.
Accounts, analytics, advertising, and purchases
The current free version does not include user accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, in-app purchases, or a remote backend.
Device permissions
The app does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, tracking, or advertising permissions.
Children
The app contains mature party-game themes and is intended only for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app’s features or data practices change. Any updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Future analytics, advertising, accounts, purchases, or online features will require this policy and the applicable store disclosures to be updated before release.
